By accessing or using CoHarmony ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
CoHarmony provides co-parenting coordination tools including:
- Shared custody calendar management
- Expense tracking and splitting
- Secure messaging between co-parents
- Document storage and sharing
- Location-based event planning
3. User Accounts
Account Creation
- Every account holder must be 13 or older, including people invited to a managed child account. CoHarmony does not offer a parent-created or managed-account exception for children under 13
- A co-parent may stage a managed child invitation before the other co-parent accepts. Staging an invitation does not give a pending co-parent access to child or family data
- The invited email recipient must prove control of that mailbox, accept the current Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, establish their own password when required, and explicitly accept the family invitation before the managed child account can use family features; the recipient may decline instead
- If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, use the Service only with any permission required from your parent or legal guardian
- You must provide accurate information
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- One account per person
Account Security
- Keep your password secure
- Do not share your account credentials
- Report unauthorized access immediately
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service lawfully and respectfully
- Not harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Provide accurate information
- Respect custody agreements and court orders
- Not use the Service for illegal activities
- Maintain the confidentiality of shared information
5. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Impersonate others
- Upload malicious software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access
- Scrape or harvest data
- Use the Service to harm minors
- Violate any applicable laws
6. Subscription Terms
Payment
- Monthly or annual billing options
- Automatic renewal unless cancelled
- Each account manages its own subscription
- No refunds for partial months
Cancellation
- Cancel through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe
- Access continues until end of billing period
- Cancelling a subscription does not delete the account or its records
Promotional Trials
- Trial availability, eligibility, duration, and price are shown by the App Store or Google Play before purchase
- An accepted trial converts or renews as disclosed by the app store unless cancelled there
- Cancel through the app store before its displayed deadline to avoid the next charge
7. Content Ownership
Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you upload
- You grant us license to store and process your content
- You are responsible for your content
Our Content
- CoHarmony and its design are our property
- You may not copy or redistribute our content
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference.
9. Court Orders and Legal Compliance
- We comply with valid court orders
- We may share data when legally required
- Administrative access to user data is subject to audit logging
10. Limitation of Liability
CoHarmony is not responsible for:
- Disputes between co-parents
- Custody decisions or arrangements
- Financial disputes
- User-generated content
- Third-party service failures
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service availability
- Error-free operation
- Fitness for a particular purpose
12. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Update these Terms with notice
- Change pricing with 30 days notice
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Engage in prohibited activities
- Fail to pay subscription fees
Upon termination:
- Access to Service ends immediately
- Sign-in access and personal profile data may be removed or anonymized; shared records may be retained for other participants and record integrity
- Outstanding fees remain due
14. Dispute Resolution

Contact us first to resolve disputes informally.
Arbitration
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where CoHarmony is registered.
