Your data protection
To invite your co-parent:
Once they accept, you'll both have access to the shared calendar, messaging, and expense tracking.
You and your co-parent share one live custody schedule that you edit together:
There's no proposal step — you both edit the same shared schedule and agree on it together. Changes are versioned and a history is kept.
To add a payment or expense:
Use the Summary button to view totals by status (Verified, Pending, Overdue) and the Verify button to confirm payments received.
Payment verification ensures both parents agree a payment was made:
This creates a clear audit trail for all financial transactions.
To cancel your subscription:
For iOS:
For Android:
Your access continues until the end of your billing period. Cancelling a subscription does not delete your account or its records — they remain available if you resubscribe. To remove your account, use Delete Account in Settings; shared messages, charges and custody schedules are retained there for the other participants.
CoHarmony uses multiple safeguards to protect account and record data:
We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared with a linked co-parent, professionals you authorize, service providers needed to operate CoHarmony, or when legally required, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Custom Override Days are special dates that always override the normal custody pattern:
To add one, go to Schedule → scroll to Custom Override Days → tap the + button. Set the date, assign to a parent, and optionally add a label like "Christmas Day".
You both work in the same shared schedule and agree on it together:
There are no separate proposals to send back and forth — you simply edit the shared schedule together.
Try force-closing the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, contact support before reinstalling. Your server-synced schedule, messages, and expense records remain associated with your account, but reinstalling can remove private files kept only in the on-device vault.
Check that notifications are enabled in your device settings for CoHarmony. Also verify your in-app notification preferences under Settings → Notifications.
Pull down on the calendar screen to force a refresh. Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If issues persist, sign out and sign back in.
Make sure you're using the correct email address. Ask your co-parent to check their spam folder for the invitation. You can resend the invitation from Settings.
